To reset your password, go to EL-VIS.
Click on "Forgot password" and fill in the e-mail address you have for your EL-VIS Account.
ATTENTION! Keep in mind that the email may end up in the spam folder!
Does it say you don't have an account? Then test if you have an account set up with just your first name (or first name + last name), it is quite common.
